We were recently contacted by Diane Campion of "Slowfood Glades to Coast" who put us in contact with the head chef of "3030 Ocean" at the Marriott Hotel in Fort Lauderdale FL. They were putting together an event called the SLOW FOOD SURF SOCIAL TO CELEBRATE WORLD OCEANS DAY and they wanted two of OUR piglets for their event! We coordinated with George at Gary's Seafood (who was very helpful!) to arrange a pick-up from our Celebration meeting place after our piglets were processed and then our piglets were on their way! It turns out (much as we fully expected) that they were a complete success!

Was just checking in to find out how the Social went with the piglets? Also, Diane had forwarded some pic's, and we just wanted to ask you if it was ok to use your image on our website, before we posted them?

Do you also have an email for Paula, so that we can get her permission as well, as she is in one or two photos also.
